Judo

I started judo in early 2025 and earned my yellow belt late that year. Orange is next, whenever the calendar allows — the job decides how often I get to the mat, and some months that is not often. Ninety minutes on the mat is the most humbling block of time in my schedule. Fall down seven times, get up eight.

I train at White Rock Judo Club.
